I work at an Accountant and Auditing firm. The customer service we receive is always 1st class. Particularly from Jordi. He came into the office to diagnose a printer problem - one of them wasn't printing. When he came back with the part, he solved all our printer issues - network errors - which enabled us to resume printing. He was calm and explained everything. He liased with our I.T. company too. Any out of the ordinary requests to assist our organisation outside of contract were facilitated. Very expensive & long contract. Don't get locked into a 5 year deal with these guys - they are not flexible and will charge you and arm and a leg. Make sure to shop around!read more

Signed a 5 year contract based on the salesman telling us the printer could do things that it couldn't. Decided to keep it even though it was never able to do what we asked after their technicians failed to get it working. I called three times 2 months before contract was up to tell them that we wanted to organise pickup. They just kept sending me to the salesman who wasn't interested in picking it up but in signing us up. Now the contract is over they want 60 days written notice, $250 pick up charge (to pick up their own machine) and a month payment up front since the contract finished and was sitting in our office. Worst sales team, worst management ever (great tech support). Poor business to work with. Please show me the pick up charge of $250 plus GST in the contract and I will pay it. Part 4g says at the end of the contract you will remove the equipment from the premise. I see nothing about a charge. It's not blackmail to request the removal of an unfair charge and I will remove the poor review. If you want have the discussion here that's fine too. Perhaps you could have called to discuss or replied to my email instead of running to Google to try and protect your poor customer skills. What part of this review is in dispute? That the printer didn't do what it was supposed to do? The salesman, prior to purchase, was told the hardware our software needed. He said that was old tech and your printers had that ability. Your top tech from Sydney came out after it was installed (cause he was up at the time). Told him the software the printer needed. He said that your printers didn't have it. They tried a work around but in the end it just wasn't going to work. The 60 day written notice was waived. I don't dispute that. As noted, I tried multiple times to let you know to pick up the machine. Anyone could have easily said, hey there is a 60 written notice needed, even after the contract ends. So while I'm grateful for you not holding me to that, it seems reasonable given my multiple attempts to get this sorted. To hit me up for a pick up charge that needs to be paid prior to pick up, is that in dispute? Yes. As stated, happy to pay it but I don't see that on the contract. There is a fee for moving between premise but this is an end of contract, I'm not moving it for my own purpose. Thank you for pointing out my willingness to remove my comment if you drop the disputed pick up charge. While I don't consider it blackmail (anymore than you saying pay a fee that is not in the contract, upfront before we pick up your machine). The comment will now stand as a true reflection of your poor service standard.read more

As a Sydney based company of 42 years we at Linden Electric were a little concerned as to which company to use for our IT needs when we opened an admin office on the Gold Coast. We were indeed lucky in finding XBC who have sorted out all our needs from an excellent FUJIFILM copier to establishing a network and sorting out our PC faults. The whole staff are very friendly and courteous and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Dean is a wonder on printers and Ethan is an absolute star with PCs and networks.
